Japanese Gastro Art

We live in an age where everything - from the clothes we wear to the food we eat — is trending toward an experiential economy. More people are exploring the role of experiences in our interconnected world and it's no secret that Tokyo offers one of the best dining scenes on this planet. Here in Atlanta one of my favorite Japanese fine dining spots that offers both distinctive menus as well as ambiance is Umi. Chef Fuyunhiko Ito's menu offers haute and healthy sushi in a sophisticated and contemporary setting.  -Nick George
